License policy

Annual (or Semiannual) Licenses
can be used on one computer only and are only valid for a certain time (6 or 12 months).

A Single License
can be used on one computer only.

A Site License
can be used for an unlimited number of installations within one institute or
department.

A Campus License
can be used for an unlimited number of installations within one company or
university at a single site.
- All license files for Match! version 3 can also be used for version 4 if their update permission time is still valid.

Prices for Match! Software (New Licenses)
All prices below are valid until December 31, 2024. They are net prices, i.e. they do not include any taxes, customs, or shipping costs that may be due.
In the pricing tables below, please click on the license types for more information
about licensing conditions; click on the prices to be forwarded to our online store.
All new permanent Match! licenses (as well as all version updates and license upgrades) include a 3-year update permission, which means that you are
entitled to download and install all new versions that become available within 3 years after your purchase
of the license. Time-limited licenses include all updates within their period of validity.
Extensions of your update permission time can be purchased at any time, even though your update
permission has not expired yet. When your update permission has expired, you can still
use your software as long as you like, and maybe purchase an update permission extension again later on.

Prices for License Upgrades
License upgrades (e.g. from single to site license) are possible at any time, the price being the price difference between the
new and the previous license type. They include a 3-years update permission time.
The following prices apply to updates from licenses purchased before August 1, 2010 only. All license updates include an update permission of 3-years.
Delivery
The only shipping method that is available is electronic delivery: You will receive a license
file by e-mail which must be applied to the demonstration version downloaded from our web page.
This download package also contains the full documentation (incl. the manual) in electronic form.
Invoice and license certificate are included as Acrobat Reader PDF files in the delivery e-mail. A paper
invoice is available on request. There are no shipping costs for this.
You can download and print order forms from the table below, by clicking on the corresponding icon  . Afterwards, please return the filled form either as a scan attached to an e-mail, by
fax (+49-228-9813644) or conventional mail.
